Back to school creates a time for new beginnings, but also the challenges that occur when we see the people that we haven’t seen for a while. It is important during these times to make the effort to keep the changes that you want to make. This does not mean that there won’t be snafu’s along the way, but if you keep striving to be better the new you will become what others are used to and you can work on improvement. Work on keeping your good habits and they will become natural despite the change!
